Walking with Dinosaurs

This was an incredible show. I am so glad that we took the boys. We thought about not going because it was a little expensive, but we went for it and I'm so glad that we did. It was so amazing and the dinosaurs look so real and the whole show was very entertaining and cool. I'm sure there were many a child that cried during it! Parker and Spencer sat there the whole time with huge eyes and Spencer would let out a "roar" every once in a while.

The boys couldn't wait to get inside they ran the whole way.
We had to get a pic by the big dinosaur eye poster.
We got settled into our seat and then decided we needed some overpriced snacks. Cory and Parker went and got the goods and when they came back Spencer's eyes lit up when he saw the 2 foot long churro. He instantly laid claim to it and ate the whole thing. I don't know what was cuter watching him eat it or watching Cory ask him for a bite only to be turned down.
Some of my pictures are a little blurry because they said before it started that if the dinosaurs heard any cell phones or saw any flash photography that they would come find you and the dinosaurs would eat you. So I followed the rules for most of it, but I had to use the flash at the end when the t-rex came out.
These are the Brachiosaurus. There is a small one off to the right behind the tree and then the big mamma came out to protect it against the Allosarus.
Three Utah raptors came out and ate the dead dinosaur on the ground. At the beginning of the show some dinosaurs hatched out of some eggs and a big dino came out and ate them out of the nest. Yikes! I kept looking at the boys' faces to see a reaction, but they just thought it was all so cool!
This a Torosaurus. It was fun to hear Spencer yell out the names of the dinosaurs as they came out. He is very obsessed and always wants to know the dinosaurs names so his love of dinosaurs has been a learning experience for all of us.
Ankylosaurus....one of Spencer's favorites.
The big, bad T-rex came out at the very end and there was also a baby one. This one would walk all around and let out huge roars. It would scare us every time because we didn't know it was coming and then it happens and you jump in your seat spilling your $12 popcorn. I hate it when that happens:)
